We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic boxes package items. We then heat seal and wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the box that would advertise that you are taking medical marijuana. No Nosey neighbours would know it is anything other than a regular package from the post office.
Orders along with payment received by 3 PM EST will ship the SAME business day. If your order is received after 3PM EST, your order will ship the following business day.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
Once your order is placed, our warehouse will carefully package and seal your order to ensure a fully smell proof and discrete shipping package. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received.
Buyer’s Shipping insurance will cover the cost of replacing your order AND shipping costs giving you peace of mind!
To avoid fraud or misuse each case will be audited before the order is replaced. Before any orders are replaced we will thoroughly investigated individually.
If your package is missing more than 3 days past delivery date you may request to use your shipping insurance by filing a claim with us. To file a claim you must provide your order# as well as tracking# to [email protected] After we confirm your order and tracking number we will file a trace with Canada Post.
If a trace is filed, Canada Post will start an investigation (which can take up to 5 business days to complete). If they locate the package, they will ship it to you and you will receive it a few days later. If they cannot locate it and it is deemed lost or stolen we will replace your order.
Insurance will only cover packages that do not make it to their final destination and can be confirmed lost or stolen or in “limbo” by postal tracking. All packages are shipped to the exact address that is provided by the customer(you) therefore once the package is delivered by the postal worker the package is considered delivered and fulfilled. Once the package is delivered and confirmed you can no longer claim for the order.
Shipping insurance is single use and only applies to the order it was purchased with. It cannot be rolled over or used with any future or prior orders. The charge or $9.99 is non refundable and non recurring. Insurance will only apply to orders that do NOT make it to their specified address and must be counted missing for 4 business days after Canada Post has completed their investigation. (This does not include weekends or stat holidays). All packages are delivered via. express shipping. (2 day shipping).
here are 2 likely scenarios:
a) The postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or
b) What often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement free of charge (UP TO $125).

The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked:
with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf; their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key;
around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home.
In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email outlining your full order and your purchased products and prices.
Yes this is possible! You’ll have to sign up for Canada Post’s Flex Delivery service and use the address they provide.
If you do not get your package 3 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package up to $250 of the value of your package free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues

Once you have sent the E-Transfer, it could take up to a few hours for us to receive an email notification of your payment. The status of your order will be ‘On Hold’ until the payment is received.

A Wishlist is a simple Reminder system to help you remember the items you may want to purchase in future. It can also help in a situation where we are out of stock of a certain product; adding it to your Wishlist can remind you to check and see when its in stock.
Please be aware that our edibles are manufactured in facilities that produce products that may contain traces of peanuts, soy, dairy and gluten. Our gummies are free of these products but may come in contact with them at anytime.
